From Our Family's Kitchen to Yours

Inspired by roasted poblano peppers, slow-simmered carnitas, and the tightly guarded secrets of artisanal mole, our family's lifelong passion for authentic Mexican cooking was born. Every recipe we serve reflects generations of tradition, bringing bold flavors, warm hospitality, and unforgettable dining experiences to our guests in Victoria, Minnesota.

Great food and service for being open for only a few days. Love the decor of the restaurant. Might need to add acoustic dampering material to absorb some of the noise. Will be back. Great addition to restaurant selection in Victoria.

We spend a lot of time frequenting Victoria eateries. Thumbs up on this new venture. Food and drink will have me returning time and again. Mgmt. You have a real star in Paulina. Parking not a problem. Plenty of room thru the arch under condos behind the restaurant. Noble Lion and now Blue Agave. 2 great eateries in our small town.

Drinks and appetizers were exactly what we needed for a Friday evening. A little busy inside with a wait but patio seating was available with no wait.

We had the best time at Agave Blue celebrating my birthday. Everyone in my party agreed that this was some of the best food in Zachary that we have had! The drinks were also amazing and the staff was so friendly. Our food came out so quick even though it was packed. We can’t wait to go back!
